Rental Rules
Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else. Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Access
Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for repair, inspection, or emergency purposes. The homeowner shall reasonably exercise the right of access by giving at least 2 hours notice (unless in case of emergency).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund within 14 days of reservation.
Insurance
We encourage all renters to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.
Pets
Have a four-legged friend? They are welcome with an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. Just let us know if you’ll bring your pet along, and we’ll send you a link to add them to the reservation.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY:
The owners urge all guests to use each property’s facilities and grounds most safely. All amenities, including but not limited to the use of stairs, decks, hot tub, grill, community pool, and appliances, are at the Guest’s sole risk.
Guests understand that they are fully responsible for the use of all amenities, and owners shall not be liable to Guest for any claims related to illnesses, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on the home or facility grounds. Guests choosing to use a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grill agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. No one under the age of 18 shall use the hot tub, pool, grill, or fire pit without adult supervision—no Lifeguard on duty. Guests understand that owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them.
Guest understands that by booking a reservation, they are effectively agreeing to this Waiver and Release of Liability terms.
