To book the property, simply visit the website and follow the instructions provided. You will be prompted to provide personal information such as your name, address, and contact details, so it is recommended to have this information ready before beginning the booking process.

Before making your booking, please review our Terms and Conditions carefully, and feel free to contact us directly for any further clarification. Please note that all pre-payments collected are non-refundable.

Before booking, kindly ensure to check our listing details to confirm if the home you are considering permits pets. If pets are allowed in the home, please note that we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per booking. Please note that we do not permit cats due to allergies.

The agreed-upon number of guests at the time of booking is the maximum allowed to stay overnight on the property. Any additional overnight guests are not allowed unless there is prior agreement.

A self-check-in process is available for all our homes. About 24-48 hours before your stay, we will send you keypad or lockbox information containing all the necessary details for your stay.

If you book directly through our website, the outstanding balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days before your arrival. A reminder notice will be sent a few days before the due date. If you would like to use a different payment method, you must make the change before the 30-day due date.

As our homes are strictly for short-term rentals, we are obligated to safeguard their location for the security of our current tenants. After your booking is confirmed, our agents may provide the closest cross streets for planning purposes. You should expect to receive your check-in details approximately 24-48 hours before your stay.
