Maggie Vineyard is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in property management, acquisitions, asset management, and operations. Combining her passion for travel and design with her real estate knowledge, Maggie founded Stay at Everly. With Everly, she aims to offer beautiful, functional spaces that inspire and delight. Maggie's passion for identifying unique opportunities and delivering innovative solutions drives exceptional value for her clients and stakeholders. She infuses her creativity into all aspects of her work and leads her team in providing the best customer service to her guests and property owners. Maggie enjoys attending industry conferences several times throughout the year to stay informed on the latest technology and trends in the industry. When she is not working, you can find her traveling with her boyfriend, Greg, and her dog, Teddi B Smalls.

Donna Masanque

From the Philippines to Switzerland, with four years of Everly in between. Donna joined the team as a marketing specialist and grew into the operations manager role by simply being the person who figured things out and followed through. She understands short-term rental management, guest experience, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a vacation rental portfolio running smoothly across multiple markets. She travels the way good operators think: paying attention, noticing what works, and filing it away for later. Having lived across multiple countries and explored destinations across Asia, Europe, and beyond, she brings a global perspective to a very personal product. Guests at Everly properties are trusting someone with their trip. Donna takes that seriously. "Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer." It is a philosophy that shows up in her work every day.
Michael Sjogren

Michael Sjogren is a husband, father, investor, entrepreneur, CPA, mentor, podcast host, and short-term rental expert. Michael is also the founder of Short Term Rental Secrets, a mentorship program to help new and seasoned real estate investors launch, automate & scale their short-term rental portfolio to 2-5x their rental income and fast-track their journey to financial freedom. He currently has a portfolio of 101 short-term rentals across five states including 3 boutique hotels on Boston’s north shore. Michael is also the co-founder of the industry’s largest host-driven conference - STR Wealth Con.

He hosts and speaks at local meetups and enjoys sharing memorable experiences with travelers from all over the world. With 5 years of short-term rental industry experience and 10+ years of experience in streamlining business operations and leveraging modern day technologies, he brings a fresh perspective to vacation rental management. He is known for constantly innovating and taking advantage of the latest short-term rental technology and building great teams to support the growth of the overall business. As a result, homeowners earn more income while stressing less, and guests have safer, more enjoyable stays. When Chris isn't serving our clients and guests, he's probably out enjoying a round of golf or pickup basketball, visiting his Vermont vacation rentals or simply hanging out with his family in the backyard of his home in Portsmouth, NH.

Previously, while working as a business development executive for Google Cloud, Michael realized the income potential of short-term rentals. With a portfolio of 16 profitable properties owned and managed, Michael was able to leave the corporate world behind and pursue becoming the #1 Boutique Short Term Rental Management Organization in North Carolina. Michael is also passionate about coaching and is the Head of Coaching with Short Term Rental Secrets, an Education Program for 6 to 7-figure STR Operators.
